Radical Ducati now in the US

Granted it's in Jersey but US none the less
Good friend of mine and rabid Ducatisti Brian Peterson, custom builder of awesome things such as
His Monster
His Buell
has just started a shop in Jersey to import Radical Ducati parts/bikes. The shop's called AreteMoto. He's still getting the interior of the shop set up and will be open pretty soon. Also the only Radical shop in the US and damn sure easier to get an email back from than Radical in spain.
If there is enough interest I'm sure I could talk to Brian and get some info on a group buy. No parts list on the site yet but they'll have all the Radical parts available and I've gotten a peek at the price list and it's quite reasonable (picking up quite a few things for my M900 build
)

What's with the "Monstersedici" moniker? It only has four valves, not 16.

Actually it has 8.
That's an S4R motor.
Agreed that the name makes no sense though. Funny how they even explain in the article that sedici means 16, but don't say why that's relevant.

Whats up guys,
The bike was named the Monstersedici because it was the 16th production year of the Monster, and a play on the much bigger and more famous Sedici in the Ducati fam.
The engine was originally from a 2001 996.

always been a huge fan of the radical bikes (especially their superlight 2vs). Can't wait to see what products make it over this way, and what custom projects develop.

Tail angle on which bike?
I've got my personal build going on currently, and it's getting a Radical tank and seat
and I know Bryan (I've apparently been spelling his name wrong) has some cool shit planned for the next few weeks. After I get the stuff I'll post up pics

Never heard of a radical anywhere near that price range.
There was that carbon framed 999 being passed around the interwebs for a while that was that price. The Radical stuff is surprisingly cheap compared to normal replacements for parts (aside from the fancy alu frames which get a bit pricey). Most of the price involved in getting the parts from Spain was the shipping, which is why I quite dig them being in the US. Not only because I know the guy doing it but because I can finally buy a $100 part without the extra $100 shipping.
