If you were in the market for a new m1100, would you find a 2010 with the dry clutch or wait for the 2011 with the traction control/abs?

I haven't tested one yet, but I like the idea of ABS - even though it steals another 1.5 liter tank capacity...

Traction control..... hmm.... not unless you're going to ride VERY hard.

Both extras are something a future second owner might appreciate.

Yeah - the new Diavel like exhaust is awful. ABS might be nice, but loosing 1.5 liters of fuel is not such a great price to pay.

i'd get the dry clutch, but that's pure personal preference. looks like the 848 dry conversion would work if you are jonesin' for the '11 with abs/tc

I'd try work a deal on a '10. You're less likely to need TC on a bike like that than you would on a sbk.
