I guess the subject line says it all.

Thinking about clip ons and fancy aftermarket triples for my S4RS.  Everything I see advertised just mentions "Monster" in the fitment info.

Are the tubes on the Ohlins the same diameter as the forks on non "S" Monsters?

I believe they all should be 50mm. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Just ran across a set of triples at Moto Wheels labeled for "Monsters with Ohlins" and claims the top is 53 mm and the lower is 56 mm.

So I guess the answers the question.  That is, if all the Ohlins are the same.

Anyone know anything I might be missing here?

I believe that is for the Superbike Ohlins conversion. The Monster Ohlins are the same diameter top and bottom as the Showas.
I've been wallowing in my own chaotic and insecure delusions.

Damn, if my tools weren't still in Texas I would just throw the calipers on 'em and know what the diameters are.

Oh well, I'll likely have my tools out here before I have the time and money to pull off this project idea.

Your stock forks are a 50mm top and a 53mm lower.  We do have a set of forks that are 53/56 those are meant for a monster using SBK Ohlins forks.

We have triples available from Speedymoto. Also I have used set of clip-ons for $80. These are black.

Thanks Matt.

So my Ohlins forks are not the same as SBK Ohlins forks?
