Max is like my older brother. They both need to hone their apology skills. laughingdp Sure, there's the effort (albeit a forced effort) but it's still a little rough on the edges. Hey... I'd go to dinner with Melandri if asked! chug Vino!

I didn't follow WSBK too close last year, but didn't Max get through the whole season without being a tool?

Very nearly, on the podium with Cal Crutchlow towards the very end he couldn't contain his inner tool any longer and let it out to play. He was lucky to leave the podium still owning two testicles IMO.

Yeah, last year gave me some faith in Max riding well on a good bike and not being a dick. He covered that pretty well all things considered. I was actually happy he won the title and all the while he sort of behaved himself. I figured those couple of years when no one would have anything to do with him would have left a good impression on him. And his years in WSBK would seem to show that. He was never the turd he was in MotoGP. I know it's early in the season but he does seem to be showing his turdness again. I was hoping his girlfriend and new baby would take some of the asshole edge off. But I'm so often wrong! bang head I guess we all, given time, eventually revert back to who we really are. Whether good or bad. Max is just being Max. Oh well, makes for good conversation at the very least. Tongue

yes, he should!
What do even know about racing from a seat of the pants perspective ?

What Brand,, model and year bike(s) do you own ?

Have you ever taken a 90 degree sweeper at 125 mph let alone 45 degree corners at 85 mph ?
