i have a 748 that has a 14 front, 38 rear, but I want to get more low end.  I really dont like 14 front sprokets, I prefer a 15, more radius for the chain, but I was going to up the rear to 41 to do this, but if i go 15 41 isn't that about the same as I have already,

any suggestions??

Those ratios are very close

What's the largest sprocket you can get?

It won't be much of a change.

Unless you need a chain and sprocket I wouldn't bother.

15/43 is about a 5.6% change from 14/41.  That's noticeable in my book, but ymmv.

Is this the part of Sprockets where we dance?
Every time I meet a new group of your friends that understand you and your weird sense of humor I'm a little more amazed that there are other people in the world like you that lived through childhood - My loving girlfriend

Thanks, I think I am going to stick with the 14 and just go with the 41.
