Fat and lazy Sac?  Not buying it.    

THIS one is fat 'n lazy!   Especially after sitting in a clinic last night listening to a pro triathlete give tips and pointers.  And it came out she was recovering from a serious spinal injury (hit by a car while cycling).  Then someone else spoke up that they too were recovering from a spinal injury (horse show jumping), and someone else then said, yeah, I have fibromyalgia...

What's my excuse other than needing to empty my hands of beer, wine, hamburgers and french fries?!
