« on: April 10, 2011, 01:17:15 PM »

Our very own Tigre will be racing 16-17 April at Infineon. I'm thinking about riding up to watch...perhaps with a bit of fun in Marin beforehand. Anyone interested?

In that case, then it's fine.   cheeky

I am trying to arrange to go, but I will probably have to cage it with my youngest kid in tow.

Much as I'd like to ride over, I have some issues:
a) I'm a noob, I take it slow in the twisties and wouldn't want to hold y'all up.
b) Mr. AJ's Monster 900 still won't start. However, the mystery electrical issue has taken a back seat to...
c) his newly purchased ~2000 SV650 needs a new chain & sprocket stat, discovered while on a ride through Napa, so the SV was left at our friend's house up there.  Parts were ordered, but UPS failed to leave them as instructed, and now those parts are headed back to the distributor.
d) my itty bitty 250cc Honda can't handle me + Mr. AJ - not even close
 bang head

<cue joke about the rest of my issues>

Here's a thought.  Meet up with someone in the city and ride two-up with them.  Your boy can take the 250.  If you get yourself to Tambux someone else can relieve your pilot of you--Enzo loves to have a passenger.  I can take you on the back of mine as well.

No excuses.  We'll see ya there.

Joe, I hear this ride is starting at seven-fricken-thirty?   Shocked

Tigre's races:
Schedule suggests Open Twins around 11:00am, Formula Pacific around 2pm, and Open Superbike around 3:15pm.

7:30? What's the plan Stan?

I couldn't find it on the AFM

I heard 7:30 through Enzo who's on FB and that's where that was posted.  I'm not on the 'book, so I'm dealing with second hand info.
