Hey guys, I'm a Navy guy and I should be moving to Monterey sometime at the end of the year.  I need to find a house to rent in the area, and was wondering if any of you had any tips on neighborhoods or property managers I should look for / stay away from.  I've gotta have a fenced back yard, so apartments and condos are out.

If anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it, and I look forward to riding with you guys!

hi! sadly the central cal board doesn't get much activity... you could try posting on the mob board for the bay area riders, they're much more active & aren't too far from monterey... I envy you, Monterey is one of my favorite places in Cali
