"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

he has a girlfriend at preschool.  she is a pregnant dogy little turd, but she loves him like crazy.  then again, all the girls do, he has his dad's face and his mom's eyes... :-)

alas, i like the look of some of that stuff, but i'm too self-conscious to wear it.  i have a simple non-puma black duc t-shirt that the wifey got me ... i love it, but i feel like a d-bag if i'm wearing it.

however i'm with ducatiz on the kid thing - i'm gonna let me inner-douche out via my 3-yr old son.

we bought a bunch of kid stuff at the shop in bologna years before we reproduced.  it's all unisex anyhow, but it is so awesome for them because people react to them -- people who normally would not react to a 3yo except to move away.  ducatiz jr is 3yo right now and it is great to see riders give him high five.  he loves the attention, and of course he has the peg perego bike.  we'll move up to the electric monster soon.  i have a blata that i will repaint to look like an SBK and when he's old enough, I have a 600ss for him.  Of course, that is right before he goes to medical school and then to nuclear physicist school and after he is done with law school.

There's a Puma outlet in Wrentham, MA that sometimes has Ducati stuff for real cheap. I was there a couple of months ago and got a Ducati/Puma backpack for $20. It was originally over $100.

haha!  yep, that's the peg perego bike in my avatar.  i've since added some termi stickers and removed the training wheels.  and he's the reason i haven't sold my 620.  maybe his prom date will be cool enough to ride on the back   ;D
