Yeah there is a red stripe on it.

The hugger is not painted, it is just still wet.

Where did you get it?  Did it come with instructions?

I got it from a 1997 monster on fleebay it didn't come whit instruction  although I have the wire diagram  from the Haney's manual + the shop manual that I found somewere on the net but it's in Italian n...  :o   My first language is french  so it was easy for me to translate the book  :)

Once you put the loom beside the bike just to see where everyting goes it's pretty easy  [thumbsup]

That would certainly be a nice ride that time of year...might almost be early for leaves.  Taking the monster I hope?

Just ordered most of the pieces I need to complete my mini-project on the 695.

- tail chop plugs (already did the chop)
- Rear Cowl
- Ducabike Rearset (clean up the rear half after removing exhaust and everything)
- Spider grips
- bar end mirrors (already installed)
- LED front signals
- integrated tail light/signals (already installed)
- ceramic coat headers and mini-mufflers to complete my muffler chop
