Huge thumbs up for Mark at CRG

Howdy folks,

I somehow misplaced/lost the clamp assembly for one of my CRG bar end mirrors.

I called Mark in customer service, and he treated me very fairly.

The price was reasonable, and it was shipped quickly.

If you need replacement parts for anything CRG, don't hesitate to call; you'll be treated with respect and their prices are completely reasonable.

Now I'm just waiting for their levers to go on sale...

Anyway, when I'm treated fairly and respectfully, I feel I should share the experience.

Lord knows, I'm willing to "flame" those who treat me like crap and charge double!
