had just got back from my first physio and not too bad, i mean the pain, but nearly all the muscles in my back are stretched and tight so it is going to take a while.

its just hit 40c here not supposed to get that hot here dont like the heat 40c in the morning in Tassie, whoa thats warm.!!!! I'm flying over there next weekend to jump on a boat and tootle around the south and west coast for 2 weeks hopefully it will be a tad cooler then. I have the day off today, so I just rode the pushy to the bottle shop in 43.5c heat. Now I'm enjoying a Vodka and Lemonaide (no, i'm not a girl - it's hot...) lying in my hammock under the shade of a big old fig tree. Not a bad arvo.  |
