Got this about three weeks ago.
Inside
It comes with micro switch for brake light, double banjo bolt, four copper washer, pretty much everything you need ...
... err, not quite. If your bike has non-radial type master cylinder, the brake line may have 90 degree fitting at the top. In that case, you'll need a set of new brake lines. I got mine from Spiegler.
http://www.spieglerusa.com/brakes/cycle-brake-line-kits.htmlAlso, slightly longer than stock EPDM (Ethlene-Propylene-Diene-Materials) hose from local shop for free.
(I ordered two line kit, two lines from master cylinder to each caliper. Since this is custom application, it can take 1-2 weeks. Also, you need to specify the brake line length you want.)
Coaxial cable can be used for measuring, simulating custom routing for brake lines. Similar diameter, flexibility (too thin, too flexible string will not work well.)
Old lines out
New lines getting in (notice rubber sleeve on the line? Don't discard them. They are little bit pain in the %$#* to remove (from stock lines), but will make clean, stock like look.)
Nice thing about Spiegler brake line is that the fitting is adjustable (it rotates around), so the lines won't kink, twist during instlation.
Don't forget to connect the brake light switch.
Almost done.
After this, tighten up everything (well, three banjo and master cylinder holder, brake line holder)
pour brake fluid and breed. I changed clutch and rear brake fluid , too.
Put back the head light (need to re-align), fairing. Double check everything (no fluid leaking), then, go for a test ride !
... so, is it worth $365 ?
YES. It's one of those mods that actually makes riding a bike a lot more fun. (it's been said over and over again. Replacing master cylinder to radial pump type is (in most case) the most effective brake up grading. )
