Rear stand recommendation?

Pitbull in my book are like Tremi's - a chunk of $$$ goes to the sticker on the side.

I don't necessarily subscribe to that logic...I know that part of it is that it is manufactured here in the USA by a US company...but I have seen a T-Rex side by side to a Pitbull, and I can honestly say, the Pitbull is heavier duty....

now...that isn't to say the T-Rex won't do the job...but I try and buy a stand once...and my Pitbull stands, I have had for 5-6 years now without an issue or problem.

Pitbulls are totally unlike Termis in that they're actually worth the price. Still best to take the tightass position and snag one of the many used ones constantly for sale on CL.

You're buying a Single Sided (SSS) stand for your Dual Sided (DSS) 620?

I have a DSS pitbull - its great.  Exceptionally sturdy, no flex, wobble or worries with it.  The swignarm pads can be flipped so it can work with spools or without.  Spools make it easier and, I think, a touch more stable.  Wish the monster had provisions for spools like my japanese bikes.  Maybe I'll swap out for an ally swinger

or you can slide a rod through the hollow axle and use the spool sides to support it that way...

Do not agree with that, and im sure im not the only one. You get a 1 piece design that is beautifully welded and anodized for wear. The tubes they use are MUCH thicker and the thing doesn't feel flimsy at all.

There are Pitbull stands everyday of the week on craigslist for under $100.  In fact, I got both of mine (front and rear) for $120 total.  Quickly scanning CL, I just saw 4 or 5 from $60 - $100.  I need to pick up another front stand!

i would definitely agree that the Pitbull stand is superior in both build and materials quality than any other stand I've handled.

I got the black widow pair for under a $100.  At the time I got them, the shipping was free.  For the price and quality, it cant be beat.  Its not quite pro-shop quality but it has no problem holding my bike up safely while I wrench around on it.  It's very stable and lightweight.

i just picked up a pitbull single sided reversable stand, OMG this is the nicest stand ive ever used its way sturdy and you can sit on the bike and make noises when its raining out or when you miss riding it?
