LOL... she knows... I just need to pace myself, realistically. Basically, as long as I'm not racking up debt and we're taking care of our other obligations, it's all good. I just can't go drop the thousand-plus dollars I've already plotted out in my mod list all at once.
Speaking of my wife's opinion of mods... she likes seeing me enthusiastic about modding things, so she's given me permission to start tweaking her Sky roadster.
There are some cool suspension parts I have my eye on which will make a great handling car even better. Then, just maybe, one day, I'll drop a couple grand and get the supercharger kit for it.
I seriously cannot wait 'til we move to the new place... no rent to pay... that's a thousand bucks a month. Part of it will need to go toward savings, part of it toward increased commute costs, and part of it toward paying down student loans faster... but there will be some of that money left over for fun.
Back to the subject of the thread: commuted to work on the Cag again, and what a beautiful morning for a ride! This is definitely becoming a habit. The Givi trunk makes life a lot easier than it was on the SS, too. I can carry my laptop, notebook, lunch, a change of shoes, and my rainsuit quite easily, whereas I used to have to hassle with a backpack.
