The answer to your question is yes.
Do a search under the mods section and you should find it.
Out of curiosity, have you looked at the Hypermotard?

Since you weren't really specific about the year of the Monster, I was only speaking about the older generation. Others will have to chime in about newer ones.
The Hypermotards are great for people who are tall like you are.

Newer Monsters do not have an adjustable ride height rod like the older ones did. You can solve that problem however, with... what was it... oh yeah something called 'mo money'. Lots mo. And no, cranking the preload is not the proper way to do it. Buying a Penske rear shock with adjustable ride height for example- that's pretty much the only proper way. $$$$$$
If you raise it a lot, you'll need a longer sidestand to go along with it.
A Hypermotard is a good bike, with a properly high saddle. But that's not the bike you are in love with.
Look for a good used S4R/S4RS from the previous generation 2005-2008. They have adjustable ride height rods from the factory. They look better and have more badass power & speed anyway.

I'm 6'4" and have never though the bike was too small. I've had one or two people say "you look like a damn gorilla on that thing" but they're usually just trying to piss me off by saying it
My 05 S2R 800 (same bike Stopintime has, IIRC) has an adjustable ride height linkage in the back that was pretty easy to setup. I guess it depends on what bike you're looking at getting. The 696s definitely sit lower than my bike, I don't know about the 796 or 1100 though.

please understand that a "height" adjustment also changes the geometry of the bike and can have significant impact on the handling unless it's done correctly.

Depends on how I do my hair
S2R/S4R not a problem, but better with a built & raised seat and or adjustable foot pegs/rear sets.
696 feels roomier even if the ride height isn't. 796/1100 are close to perfect.

2009 1100S with a 2010 796 seat, lower bars (SM bars adusted wth as much downward sweep as i could get) and Rezoma restarts (adjustablity).
Perfect fit at with those mods at 6'2" and 220lb... Love her.

I'm 6' 4", 190lbs and I ride a 696. The stock seat isn't great for us tall guys so I ponied up for the DP touring seat. I'd say it raises the seat a bit over an inch and flattens out the seat/tank junction to make it much more comfortable. I don't feel uncomfortable or that the bike is too small for me. Sure, it would fit better if I was 5' 10" but eventually you just have to realize that nothing about motorcycling is made to accomodate us tall fellas.
I've had a WAAAAY harder time finding motorcycle jackets that fit. Speaking of which, any of you tall guys have any suggestions on leather jackets with long arms?
