whoa!!
this gives me an excuse to ride down the coast to jersey finally (other than the hope of seeing snookie cheeky) I would like to try on some new gear and finally figure out what size fits me best. All my jackets seem to fit differently even if from the same company  boo

glanced at their fb page:

http://www.facebook.com/motochanic?sk=wall

they look pretty good... i'll see about stopping by there sometime, but i'm pretty good on gear right now so no pressing needs...

that being said, they seem to be one of the few places on the east coast that stock bell helmets.

yeah..it's the lack of a functioning website that's bothering me...I'm thinking about going textile/mesh instead of leather as my go to riding gear since it's just so dang hot these days.

I can recommend the rev'it air as a good mesh option.  Good price point too

I have the rev'it mistral pants too, but in this kind of heat the kevlar jeans seem to be working out better.  Sartso killer brown wave kevlar jeans

I've got the Rev'it Turbine jacket and pants and love them in this heat...I leave them hanging over my bike in the garage if you want to check them out...

I went there in the Spring...never again.
It was a mad house and I bailed after 2 minutes.

Tried to support the local shop, but no body would pick up the phone at Motochanic...placed order with Cycle Gear instead.

yeah, i heard it was nuts at the start... i got there late so it was pretty empty, but the gear selection was a bit sparse too.  but i got those mistrals for about $100... lucked out on those and a pair of gt2's.
