"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

EEL

so......how much do the orignal bolts weigh?

ducatiz

These Ti bolts are 5.1 gm and the stock flathead steel ones are 12.8 gm.

I think you can even find lighter Ti bolts but I like these because they have a very wide head.

Cold beer is cool too.

Didn't realize you were racing this year, unless you are just out of useful mods so you're dumping silly money into the bike.

No one here would EVER do that.

You have to race to own Ti bolts?

But naturally, who in their right mind would buy them otherwise? You'd have to be a sick, sick man to just buy them for the hell of it...

(Please note absolutely dripping sarcasm)

Those look like rotor bolts, which reduce rotational mass and unsprung weight simultaneously at the front wheel.

i think that weight is inaccurate. there appears to be a hair on your scales!!  ;D

on a serious note. living in Australia, it was cheaper for me to buy ti bolts from the US than to buy stainless locally. so i too have ti caliper and rotor bolts. i spent a whole day at work throwing one around in my hand as it made me smile.

Exactly.  A much cheaper purchase than BSTs.

Now if I could only afford these:
