Aftermarket Shift Lever Options: 696

I'm not finding much out there in the way of aftermarket shift levers for the 696.  I don't really want to replace everything and go with rearsets yet, I just want the lever.  I did a couple searches and didn't come up with much, so I thought I'd post the question.  Sorry if this has been discussed before and I didn't search well enough.
