I'm Ricky from racecitypowersports in Mooresville NC Our latest project is a rigid bobber with a v twin from a Ducati 900. We started this project after we finished our Motocreations Hyper Devil. Old school bobber with Ducati Power and braking.

I like it-but I've always been a sucker for springer front ends.

Looks like a fun project!

After 7 years of Monsters, I'm sadly bikeless right now.

I'm liking it. I think the biggest thing for me is that the Duc motor looks like it belongs in the frame and here it does IMHO. Nice work.  [beer]

I'm not much of a chopper guy, but I do apprciate a good bobber and the idea of one with a ducati 900 engine works for me.

nice job!

Damn thing needs a seat! [laugh] Pretty cool scooter. Choppers no, old school bobbers yes! [thumbsup]
I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

I have flying honey badgers and I'm not afraid to use them!

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."

CONFIDENCE: the feeling you have right before you understand the situation.

I love old school bobbers, but there is too much negative space in that frame for me Right now. It will be interesting to see it at 100%

It still needs a battery, seat, oil cooler and a few misc things.  They should take up some of the negitive space.

That's why I said I want to see it at 100%  :) it should be interesting. I'd love to build a custom bike using a Duc heart, so I'm interested to see where this ends up. I think it's a cool idea.

Is that hyper devil the one with the burnt orange paint job? If it is I will say this: you guys build cool bikes, but you need to fire who ever designs your paint schemes. That burnt orange is one of the ugliest colors ever to appear on a bike this side of a Pontiac Aztek. And that grim reaper on this bobber is so "Bad Ass" trite and cliched that it looks like it was designed by a low rent tattoo artists in the wrong end of Hoboken. But other than the paint (and maybe how high the headlight is) its a cool looking bike. How was the engine modified?

HATERS GONNA HATE.

I think the pipes and motor mounts kill it for me. the pipes just based on personal taste (to modern for me, but its not mine so make the beast with two backs it) and the motor mounts make it apparent that really any engine could be in that frame (and that a more traditional british or american motor would probably suit it better)

but its also clearly unfinished and im sure the remaining work will make it flow better. [thumbsup]

Very cool for what it is. [thumbsup]

I'd ditch the mural on the tank...but that's me.

Bobbers are just too played out.

Seen the same pipe configuration on a ton of choppers.

Headlight is too high.
