I picked it up last year and ran it the way it was...ugly and dented.

I had the forks done by a very respected racer....one of the fastest guys at Loudon.... and picked up a Penske.

Over the winter I scoured Ebay, SVrider, WERA and other forums picking up parts.

I ended up getting a BRAND NEW yellow tank for $100.  Then I came ascross some Sharkskinz already painted yellow from a guy in CA.

Got some Galfer discs for $175 a pair shipped!  now that was a bargain.

The Tail and fender Ihad painted by our very own DP.

I rewired the bike to bypass the ignition...got a tach, temp sensor, frame sliders, AL subframe, Accossato radial master, galfer SBK lines and some other misc stuff..  I'm about 98% done as I need to throw some larger jets in the carbs.

Out west all the yellow TWF bikes strike fear in the hearts of the other SV racers.  Folks might think you have a fire-breathin', bazillion hp SV underneath there.

Funny thing is.... When I was looking for a bike I almost bought a TWF bike. But the shipping costs to Boston nixed the deal.  Zoran seems like a great guy.

I don't know him personally, but there are T-shirts with Zoran's advice about how to go faster on the track.

Great looking SV!  I've got a first gen myself.  Let me know how you like the Accossato, since I just emailed a guy about one.  I'm using an OEM Brembo from an Aprilia, but I had a brake problem last weekend, and I don't trust it much.

Oh yeah, Zoran is a legend!  I owe my minimal wiring harness and a few other tricks to him.

Ya I got the wiring harness from him. And the zip ties around the chain adjuster is his idea too. I put this bike together without one original thought!!!   cheeky

Do tou race up at Loudon?  If so as Peter Gaboreo(sp) he has the same Accossoto.

I have done any track time yet due to my job. But right after 6/17 my time opens up at work.

I'm racing in a small club that does MMP only. We're combined with WERA next month, so maybe I'll run into Zoran there.

thought about the logo from this t-shirt when I was out on the 1098 today. I need a sticker with it so I can use that to tape over the speedo on the track. Can you imagine anything more inspiring?  Evil
