WORST DETAIL on the 1100 EVO!

REALLY!? "SAFETY PACK" on the fender of an ABS model? We got our first red 1100 EVO in today.. a few highs and a few lows...A few changes from the model at the Cleveland Bike show..

The decal is under the clear coat...guess we better stock carbon fenders...

Not real sure how I feel about the Marzocchi forks either...look like the same models as the MV F4...I hated them for mountain biking. It seems like most dislike them for the motorcycle world as well.....

This is the demo model, so I hope to get her prepp'd and my butt on the seat this weekend. I will say its a bit taller in the saddle than the previous 1100...

To be honest it doesn't bother me. I never noticed it and I just went and checked the high rez and saw it for the 1st time. I live in a city and panic braking is almost a regular occurrence. I've never dropped my bike from grabbing a fist full of front brake but it's been close. I'll take the assistance of ABS.

I test rode the 1100evo on Monday, and the 'Safety Pack' decal didn't bother me. I actually didn't think it sounded as nice as my 796 with stock exhaust - I'm not sure if it's the low position of the pipes, or the pipes themselves.

I still don't like the headers.

Just another example of the popular style where vehicle features are listed for everybody to see. I always thought it was dumb. I don't care if the vehicle in front of me is Limited DOHC Turbo 4matic Hybrid Eddie Bauer ABS edition.

exactly. that's why our BMW has all the badging deleted. all you see is the BMW roundels front/back and rim centers
