What Maroons they are at Harley.

I look forward to see this bike racing world superbike.  I hope that is part of Eric's plan.  Yes, and they were damn fools at Harley, but it could have been the best outcome for Eric.

Just think if Harley had kept Buell and given him free reign and cash to do this... AND they had kept MV Agusta!

Two of the top bikes in the world, in the Harley stable... LOL... no wonder they gave them up, they couldn't have handled having great bikes.

modified to reflect that which was otherwise implied!!!

What Harley did to Eric sucked and was blatantly shitty so I'm glad he's found his mojo and wish him the best.

As for Harley's being outdated......the same can be said for the air cooled monsters and to pay $40k for a super bike that a $20k bike can outstrip is just the same (1000RR) Tongue  Seriously though every turn here seems to be bashing lately.  I don't give a shit what you ride, if you're on two wheels you're my brother and respect you for that.  My "outdated" piece of shit HOG does everything I need it do with with luxury, comfort and range....purpose built for exactly what I needed.

All the Ducati's made the 1290SDR possible!

That is what Buell should have built, or been allowed to build, in the first place instead of that crap, ugly 1125. $40K is a bit large but if he could find a way to drop the price point he would end up selling lots of those I bet.

No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.
