I'm surprised no one posted about the Sweater-vest's demise! So long!  [clap]

Took me a few secs to figure out the Sweater-Vest reference.  [laugh]  It'd nice to see a possible rebalance of power in the Toledo War.  I am getting sick and tired of seeing one side dominating for all these years.

How many think Urban Meyer will take the job next year?
Mark May of ESPN said Nick Saban would take it.  [laugh]  Nick is KING down here. He's going nowhere.

*Footnote- I'm really glad T. Pryor is gonna get hammered. He is such a gigantic prima donna douche-canoe..

+1 on the Pryor comment.  I hope he is ruled ineligible for the entire season.

Why on earth would any high profile coach want the job, given that OSU I likely to be hamstrung by sanctions for years? Urban Meyer's not taking this. And if you're Saban, or Mack Brown, or Bob Stoops, etc, you're at the top already. Ohio State would be a lateral move - no job in the country is actually better than Texas or Bama. The Browneyes are dreaming when it comes to the big name coaches.

Saban will take the job if enough money is thrown his way.

Unfortunately, from what I've read, most of what the NCAA was looking at was centered around Vest and not the program.  As such, OSU can blame all of their violations on the coach who "resigned" and minimize the sanctions against them.

Randy, take a look at si.com (if you can get your hands out of the chips for long enough- i Keed, i keed)
There's apparently a lot of evidence coming out about at least 28 (!) players getting free tats and money going back to '02. Then, there's the car deal - for example, reports are that Terrelle Pryor has driven 8 different cars in the last 3 yrs! The make the beast with two backsing genius showed up at a player-only meeting in a 2009 350z with temp tags ON THE DAY TRESSEL RESIGNED! That was reported in the Columbus Dispatch. Stupid is as stupid does, I guess.  [laugh]
With that extent of problems, even if the AD claims he knew nothing, the NCAA can respond, "You should have," which is what they did to USC. That brings out Lack of Institutional Control. Frankly, unless OSU can work another sweetheart deal like they did for the Sugar Bowl last year, they're in deep shit. And hopefully Big Blue gets to turn the tables for a while, though I think Nebraska is gonna do very well in the Big 10+2

On a suspended license no less. What a DOOFUS.

I'm sorry. I don't really mind tOSU as a program, but I REALLY strongly dislike Pryor. I don't know why.

My die-hard Auburn friend looked at me the other day, and after denying the Cam purchase for the ENTIRETY of the 2010 season, said "You know we bought his ass." I nearly died.  [laugh]

Oh well. Roll Tide, and bring on Big Game Bob and his Sooners.
