Seems to be how it goes. Molly woke up with a really bad headache on a Sunday morning, we went in to have it checked out at the request of her doctor...next thing I know I'm holding my son!

"Maro Addison Adamec B___" .   (No, that's not "bacon" Bacon..it's my last name).  
Born 6/1/11  His expected date was 7/23.  Just a few weeks early!!  
4lbs 2oz
18.5" long

"Maro" is of Japanese origin but it is also heard in European countries.  Pronounced like "Mario" just loose the "ee" sound/syllable.  I heard that name when we first got married back in '94.  
"Addison" means Adam's son
"Adamec" is my wife's maiden name.

Mrs. IZ wanted Addison for a girl so I told her to use it as a middle name since it really is a boy's name.    It is in the Top 10 most popular name lists (which I was trying to steer away from) but we think it goes good with his first name.  The Mrs couldn't decide if she wanted to use that or her maiden name so she just used both.  

First stranger to ask my son's name today. I said "Maro" and the woman next to her blurts out "that was my father's name and it's my brother's middle name!".   My coworker also told me she had a friend from Italy with the same name.  So, yes..it is a real name.

Will post pics in a few!    Happiest guy in the world right now.
