lil tire help in santa monica

hey guys,
went out to jump on the bike this am and realized my rear tire had a f@#kin nail in it (and it's basically brand new, of course) so i am in need of a 46 mm socket or someone that may be able to aid my suffering duc.  any help/suggestions would be much appreciated.
