Depends on jurisdiction. I know in most states "ape hangars" are illegal. That typically pertains to any situation where the hands are higher than the shoulders...

seriously, do you think that's rideable? it looks like one good pothole would fold the front right into the motor. are there laws about headlight height and "rideability"?

Anyone who actually uses that should be pregnant dogslapped....with his bike....and then have it taken away from them.

And while I love Harleys, most over-the-top choppers are just silly.  And OCC?  Hell, I know theme bikes are just artwork and not real bikes, but even their non-theme bikes suck.

It fits right in with the car idiots who buy the "Interfooler" fake intercooler and little speaker thing that plays a "blow-off valve sound" every time you push in the clutch, all to make it look like a car has a turbo when it doesn't.

The big problem with the trailer thing here is......how is it gonna fool people when they see you rolling it off and on the trailer?   Cheesy
