09 696 O2 sensor bung size.

Any idea what the thread pitch and diameter of the 02 sensor on an 09 696 is?

I'm just getting around to removing the 02 sensors on my bike after the reflash.

My local store didn't have any bung plugs (lol) so I can't just buy and try. I'll have to buy one online.

Looked up the 02 sensor on OEM parts list, dimensions are not listed.

I had the Ducati parts guy look up an oil drain plug off an older bike that was the same size (without magnet) and got a pair of them for $2.75 each.

Wait, you mean for the exhaust bung, where the O2 plugs in, is m18x1.5.


*looks about right. I'm going to buy 2 and hope they fit. $3 a piece, $4 to ship

Yes, I mean for the tapped holes where the oxygen sensors go (went).  I didn't save the packaging and didn't ask what bike they came off of, but got them from A & S Cycles here in Sacramento (Roseville).  They worked on DoWorkSon's 696.
