Ladies i need your help with dress sizes

I have  some really cool T shirts for sale in the gear section.
Skinny fit stretchy ones. for the sprayed on sleek look. Think brolly dolly.

They are in UK size 12,14 and 16.
Can anyone translate this into US sizes?

Most American skinny tee shirts are S - XL in Jr sizes. Thinks 12 year olds. Most women under 50 try to squeeze into them. Most American women think they are a size 0 -10 also. Most are not.

Just looked at the shirts. They look to be the UK version of a Jr's cut.  US 10 is a M, 12 is a L, and 14 is XL. That should fit an actual woman.

Sorry I got your thread locked. That was not my intention. I have nothing against women that are a size 0 -10. I am married to one!  I just really dislike the fact that clothing manufacturers size shirts made for grownups in Jr size cuts and then pass them off as something that will fit most woman.

You didn't get it locked.   It was a pre-emptive lock.   But we've been having fun discussing sizes with friends and I realized I was premature.   So if it stays civil....
It's still buy a flounder a drink month
