I met most of those guys before on a few night rides. They were pretty cool. We are going to have to put a ride together for this weekend. Has it been too cold at the crest? If so, at least maybe the coffee shop.

The cold is not an issue but the sand and gravel make it kind of treacherous especially when mixed with the water from the melting snow.
The cafe would be a great starting point...BTW Kingbaby mentioned that he is planning a practice day at the local track. Can't think of a better way to get ready for the upcoming riding season [moto]

Should we see about renting the track? There are several weekend dates open. It would be nice to get out there and do our own thing, just ride at our own pace instead of racing. I wonder how many of us would be willing to go?

It takes 1 phone call & $38 a person.  Last time 6 showed up.  10 had committed.  Pretty damn good odds.

Let me think about this......hell we are in.  [moto]
Should we move it to the 'practice day' thread.
Pam wants to do cupcake on the track if she can get leathers.
Brave lady..

Nope, not me.  I was riding up I-25N into town at 1530.  Besides, I don't have stock mirrors, but CRGs.  Thanks for thinking of me, though.
