What do you use to clean/protect the finish on matte dark plastic finishes? I have a M696 and dont know what to use to clean the tank with.

I'm having the same problem + I can't find Motorex and Zaino (mentioned above) anywhere in Croatia..

Looks great but can be shipped only to US and Canada..

Have to find something good in Europe or that can be sent to Europe!

i used 409 to clean my rims and calipers.it works good removing grease.I dont even wash my bike with water just rugs and 409..and meguiars ultimate quick detailer n all fenders and tank plastic..

Has anyone cleaned the REALLY stubborn parts with a (small handheld) steam cleaner?

Such as calipers, valve inspection covers, front sprocket area... you know

I use riding fast in the rain.  Works like a pressure washer and looks great until it dries.
