Flying to pascedena ca coming weekend for whole week.  Travel Price was killer ( I could have bought a cool dianese jacket.  I equate currency value with bike related items)

While there hoping to catch Kevin smith podcast (hollywood babble on) show if possible.

Any other suggestion of things to do and see would be appreciated.

There's an interesting little old lady down there from what I hear. I'm told you might want to avoid her though-apparently, there's nobody meaner.

Hmm... When I think of Pasadena, the only things that I pop into my mind are the Pacific Asia Museum which is really small and the Hooters.  Tongue But if you can get your hands on a bike, Pasadena isn't all that far from ACH and Newcombs.

The land now famous for the Tournament of Roses, the Rose Bowl, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and California Institute of Technology, was once occupied by the Hahamogna Tribe of Native Americans. Subsisting on local game and vegetation, the Hahamognas lived in villages scattered along the Arroyo Seco and the canyons from the mountains down to the South Pasadena area. With the arrival of the Spaniards and the establishment of the San Gabriel Mission on September 8, 1771, most of the Native Americans were converted and provided labor for the mission.

doesn't sound like it was a lot of chuckles being a Hahamogna

and it seems that the illustrious town is a cornucopia of delights.....

might be a great place to get caught up on overdue sleep

Didn't read the whole list, but I'm a member of the Huntingdon.

If you're not a member, it's like $15 for admission. The grounds are huge and you could spend all day there and only see half of it. The Japanese Garden is particularly beautiful!  They host several different events and workshops every week.

They libraries and art collections are great, and they even have a kid's discovery section.

Just my $.02   Wink

I find it disturbing that you're imagining me in a sauna, never mind the teletubbie aspect of it
