Skyler foreshadowed it.....when she noticed Walter's arm and said he was burying bodies. I really wish it was Walt Jr. who got shot in the face.......He is the worst.

Jesse & Mike are right in trying to get out while anything is still salvagable (& $5M ain't bad either).

Walt...  Well, the foreshadowing has been going on this entire season.  He's gonna die, & die bad.  Just a question now of how many others he takes with him.
