I sat on one a couple weeks ago and it was like that one car commercial (Nissan maybe?) where the people touch the car and they're transferred into this frenzy of speed and furry.

Awesome.

Not to worry...when it's broken in it will get a chance to show it's stuff....not in a living room !

"Riding the Monster will probably feel like a gelding compared to this Stallion. "

First,  Nice bike!

Second,  Given your history of accidents on the S4R I hope you listen to the advice you've been given and let the bike "show it's stuff" on the TRACK.  I'd have to second your doctors request to not see you - or in my case read about you -- binning it again on the road.  This Stallion will get you in trouble much faster and with more dire results.

Get some track instruction and then go use that bike for what it was built for.  Ride hell out of it.

Sheeeesh. I can think of alot less expensive track bikes,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but,,,,,,that would be a perfect track bike. Definetly not one that you will get to comfortable on with your stature on long rides. Different bars might help.

If it was mine,,,,I would hope that I was in a position,,, where if I tossed it away in a corner,,,that the thought of loseing a 30+ K bike wouldnt bother me to much.
If it was mine,, I would ride it everywhere I could  waytogo

Any way I'm not suppose to be a road racer any more.

The fact that the 1098R power-wheelies effortlessly in 3rd scares me.. (in a good way of course..  Evil )

Absolutely marvelous machine old bean! Beautiful.

Congratulations on the bike and more importantly, being on two wheels again.
