Either someone hacked your local DNS server (unlikely) or you've got spyware/malware  (likely)

Whew you had me worried.  Works great in Wisconsin.
Try to ping it and do a DNS lookup on the ip addresses to see where it's being redirected if it's a DNS issue.
And if I were you I wouldn't buy any shiny new parts, on the www, until the issue is resolved.
