I was inspired by another dual headlight install, and a little bored with my single headlight so went to a dual setup...

Ordered a set of CNC Italy fork clamps and an older monster headlight bracket from bellisimoto, and a dual headlight setup from monsterparts....

The result:

I love the look! Really happy I switches out to a dual light.

Coming next....

Vortex racing lightened rear sprocket

I don't remember seeing a dual headlight on the new gen Monster. Looks great.  waytogo

Any chance you can get an upclose pic of the headlight mounts? Do you have a link? I've been looking for something like that for my 1st gen monster.

The brackets are off an S*R I believe. Bellissi sells them in carbon fiber, but I have the stanard metal ones painted black

Looking good.

I find myself a bit jealous of your bike, you have many parts I want on my own.

Then again, I've shown restraint when it comes to spending on the moto's.  Grin

i've never really been a fan of those lights on the old gen monsters but that looks slick as hell.

I'll also throw in my approval. Never did dig the dual lights on old-gen, but this setup really does look slick.

How's light output compared to stock?

Ditto. I haven't seen too many dual set-ups on any Duc's that didn't look a little odd. These look great.  And I really like the red on black rim strips  applause

Are you using stock bulbs or brighter ones?  How is the light output??

I'm not even on a Monster anymore. I remember light on the M900 being pretty decent. Certainly rideable at night, at city speeds. I was just asking out of idle curiosity, and for the benefit of anyone here who might be considering the mod.

(I'm on a 998 now. Headlights are pretty much useless at everything but satisfying the legal requirement that the bike has lights.)

Nice. You should fabricate some sort of cover that can make the bike from the front look like a face Smiley that will be truly one of a kind :p

You can kind of find a "mouth" between the lower triple and the fender. The face it's making doesn't look happy, though. laughingdp
