It was used in a Miller Specialties kit a while back. I am trying to figure out the brand of the cooler. I never had one in my hands. Setrab?

id agree setrab. the mounting tabs and the top plate look damn near identical to my setrab cooler on my car.

I don't know oil coolers that much, but to me it looks similar to this Earls...in black...
