I am pretty sick and tired of all the "standard" color combo out there.  It's all red/red, red/black, or even yellow/grey.  So I am going to out on a limb here and put together something bold.  It's a little different then what you are used to.  I am sure when you see the results, you will appreciate it.  Let me know what you think.

Starting with the front fender.  The Ducati Corse emblem on fender has been done too many times.  I found some red Ducati lettering sticker that I got awhile ago and put them on.  A little tricky with the curvature of the fender.  But I like how they turn out.  You see the bike coming and you immediately know it's a Ducati!  The lime green/Ducati red contrast is pretty sweet, too.

Next up, I cleaned out my other sticker folder and started decorating the frame.  I have so many.  But since the frame is orange, I found 2 that match the color.  They look like they are meant to be.  waytogo

Also put a big o' YUASA Battery sticker right behind the seat.  I have a few more stickers but need to find spaces for them.  I don't want to over decorate.  You know how tacky too many stickers can be.   Wink

I think you guys are being too kind.  You should have ripped me for having gone out of my mind.  Smiley  Ok, here's some more pics.

Looking at the frame from another angle.

Another popular mod was upgrading the horn.  I didn't go with the loudest or the most expensive.  Just something that I think goes well with the rest of the bike.  Here it is.

Last pic was the finished product.  My daughter (who will be 2 in 2 weeks) absolutely loves it and wants to go riding with daddy every time she sees the bike.

I was trying to figure out what part of the frame that was... didn't look quite right.

LOL, I tried really not to show too much detail.  But I am sure people are skeptical since non of the "parts" look right.   laughingdp

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

lol thought something didn't look right.  No motor, but with at least 5 decals that should be worth 20 mph right there!
