I am ready to get schooled! Exhaust Mod Question

I am in the market to buy an S*R model Monster but due to the price and availability of them I am willing to compromise to getting on a *00 and above Monster 2003 and under. SOOOOO...Is there an exhaust system that makes the pipes come up higher or up under the seat on an NON S*R model Monster? Or it would just have to be custom made?
