I tink I see your bike a lot. Are you parked over by Thomas Circle. See on very similar parked in front on the Au Bon Pan and the hotel on Vermont...

I think you're seeing someone else. I'm not sure what Thomas Circle or Au Bon Pan is but I'm pretty sure I don't ride or park there haha. I'm mostly in the Germantown area.

I think I know the Thomas Circle (that's an intersection in DC) bike -- see it frequently. I'm pretty sure its rider is female.

I think you're right. I've seen her hopping on her bike with a guy on a gixxer a couple times.
