Accident

I was driving on highway,fast lane. the traffic got slowed down quickly. I was listening to music and wasn't paying attention. saw the car getting closer, got scared and grabbed front brake too hard 
I fell off the bike and did tumbling several times. walked out of accident with some road rash (very lucky in highway I guess)

the right side fairings (998), handle bar, brake lever, foot peg was damaged.

I started the bike but noticed strange sound from the clutch.

I can clearly see the dent (from inside to outside) on clutch cover.  so when the bike fell to the right, those clutch springs hit the cover.

I hope all I have to do is replacing the clutch pressure plate and clutch cover?

Pull the cover off and have a look.  I've seen damage in this situation range from a damaged pressure plate and inner hub to no damage beyond the cover.  Its very unlikely you'll need a complete clutch -- the plates are unlikely to be damaged and there's a decent chance that the outer basket and/or inner hub are ok too.

My money is on a broken tower (where you screw in the bolts that hold down the springs and the pressure plate) on the clutch hub. If it's only one then you could keep riding unless you have too much clutch slippage.

At a minimum you are probably out a clutch hub, and some spring retainers/screws.  It is possible to repair a hub with broken towers (I've done it) if you have access to a milling machine and lathe, however i would recommend it only as a temporary fix.
