Replacement Spark Plug Wires?

Can you replace the wires on the black, cylindrical coils?

I was looking at the ones on my wife's 2001 M900ie and I really couldn't tell if the wires are removeable. I didn't want to force the wire out, so I figured I'd ask on here before I destroyed something. The coils look like these...

pull the boot up at the base.  they will either snap in or be permanently mounted.. usually with a boot like that they ar snapped in tho

alternatively, check the parts catalogue for that model.  if they are separate parts it will be shown as an assembly or as separate

They twist on. I've replaced mine. With the wire removed you'll see a screw like projection that you'd thread new wires on to.

Just slide up that rubber boot and turn counter clockwise.
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.
