experience with ebay clipons

i saw some clipons on ebay for pretty cheap and i was wondering if anyone had any experience with them and how they are. Also for clipons is it better to mount them above or below the top triple? heres links for some i found.

I just ordered a set of clip ons from an ebay store in Hong Kong. I haven't received them yet but it should be soon. Most clip ons i see are mounted under the tripple tree but I have seen them mounted above it also. personaly i think I'm going to mount mine above the tripple tree. I'll post some pics when I install them.
