eyes burning

Ok guys, one question.  I took my 05 s2r800 into the dealer to have it checked out as I had some issues with it at 2500 miles.  I bought it at 2000 miles and ever since my eyes seem to burn when it was running as if it were extremely fat.  I even put an exhaust on to remove the udder.  I thought maybe since it sat for two years that maybe the tb needing set or cleaned.  As it turned out, one of the tb was spec on for hydrocarbons but the other was extremely out of whack. Doug, with 25 years of Duc experience, says that it was uncommon for just one tb it be so far out of adjustment.  He even asked me if there was as race ecu installed as to which I figured it was stock.  So what would make a tb go out of adjustment like that?   Has anyone else have this same problem?

A leaky or clogged fuel injector or a major vacuum leak could do it as could engine mechanical problems.  Ask Doug to finish his diagnosis.
