Hey guys, I did the Lee Parks Total Control Advanced Rider Clinic (Level 1) a few weeks ago and I wanted to make sure I had all the exercises we did down in my notes. To those of you who have taken Level 1, is this a complete list of exercises or am I forgetting any:
1) Throttle Control - Straight Line
2) Throttle/Brake Transition (front brakes, rear brakes then both brakes)
3) Line Selection (spotlight on turn point, floodlight on apex/exit)
4) Cornering Circle (body positioning)
5) Transitions (figure-8)

It's been a while since I did it, but I think you've got all the exercises. Maybe the topics will refresh your memory better than mine. I don't recall which topics went with which exercise, but these are the ones I took notes on during level 1:
traction
throttle control
fear, concentration and attitude
body position
10 steps to cornering
line selection
measuring sag

Any how, look forward to reading and practising.
