Hey All, it's been a long time as my monster was actually working for a while! Until now...

So here's the run down:
I started the bike a few days ago and noticed a weird hissing sound from the gas tank around where the seat meets the tank. Checked under the tank as I though a tube might be pinched but everything looked fine. Warmed it up and rode for a mile until the bike died. It started back up and I rode it slowly home. It sat for a couple days and now the bike will start for a second and sputter out. There's no throttle response, it will backfire a tiny bit and die. What should i be checking? All hoses look fine...

Sounds like a venting problem.  See if the bike runs with the fuel filler cap open.  Is the charcoal canister still on the bike?
