Really?! I actually prefer it to buttercream! I like to consume my saturated fats in forms other than icing, so fondant is more to my taste!   ;D

Except I don't normally get to eat her cakes. They tend to go places I'm not invited too...   :-\

There are a couple of variations of fondant made out of marshmallows that are decent and super easy to work with, compared to normal fondant, that is.  It's still not as tasty as chocolate ganache.   ;D
