Well I'm returning the Spy R mirrors I got tomorrow. There are incredibly small. Slightly bigger then a half dollar. I think the are more to keep the bike legal than to use to see.

I'm good with the Spy-R.  Shocked I like a low profile mirror and all I really need is to get a good idea of whats behind me in addition to throwing a look over the shoulder. After going a couple weeks with no mirrors I got used to depending on the over the shoulder check to get by. You shouldnt ever only rely on mirrors as no mirror shows you everything. Its true at first the Spy-R seems small compared to a previously larger mirror but you get used to it. In the world of getting your bike naked the Spy-R are pasties while most other mirrors are somewhere between a Tee-shirt and a turtleneck sweater!  Wink

Yeah man. The spy-r's are great. I mean, I feel like everyone who buys them knows what size they are before they pay.

I don't just rely on my mirrors but I want to have a mirror that I feel comfortable using.

I'm thinking of going with the prototypes, elisse or retros. Probably going with the prototypes.

Anyone have any experience with them?

If rizoma makes it, then it will be of high quality.

All their mirrors are vibration-less and are made with the utmost precision.

I love the look of the R-Retro's

However, the rear visability does concern me & keen for thoughts also...
