I've got a new topic otherwise, another problem !!...lol   [roll]

1995 m900,  47 ooo miles

I keep blowing fuses !!    It's the 7.5A fuse for the turn signals and it keeps on blowing ... I do 10  miles and no turn signals a no rear light at the rear!!   when i change the fuse everyting seems to be OK, but 10 miles after that it's blown up again !  [bang]

Doe's someone has an idea from where the problem could come from....???

Have you switched to LED indicators or changed rear light?

A bad ground somewhere here causes shorting/fuse problems.

Connector unplugged, esp a ground one, will cause problems.

Rare problem, but fuse holder can be semigood as well, fuse eroded/bad contact fuse-holder..

Do start w 10 fresh 7.5A fuses....... ;)
you`ll need them.

And +1 on chafed wires.

and make sure that the connectors on the tailight aren't tweaked just enough that they aren't touching each other, or an exposed end of the wire there....

but yeah...

Problem solved!!  ;D

tanks for the pointers guy's  [bow_down]

It was a connector that was unplugged ( from  the front break )  and also a wire for the rear left signal light was almost cut from chafing.    plug it all together and everyting seams to be fine ...    [Dolph] [thumbsup]
