A couple of co-worker swear by this pricey blender (blendtec).  Anyone use it ?  What's your take on it?

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.

I guess it depends on what you are using it for. I have worked with both vita-mix(top end) and hamilton beach (bottom end) both commercial styles. If you just want to make a margarita or smoothie, dont waste your money on a high end....no need. My background comes from years of bartending and having to make all kinds of ice cream and ice style drinks from scratch, no taylor machines allowed.
